Yes, you can pick up your order!
To pick up, you can either book an appointment here or you can come by without an appointment during our pick-up hours below (please allow a 15-minute processing time) and browse the showroom while we prepare your order.
If you have more than 1 order, please enter all the order numbers into one booking, separated by commas, rather than making multiple bookings.

Instructions:
- Visit us during our pickup hours.
- There 2 ways to access the facility: via the A37 and then turning off by the 'Temple Inn' pub. Follow Temple Inn Lane all the way down until you reach the T-junction and then turn right onto Marsh Lane. Continue down Marsh Lane for around 8-12 minutes, and Gillards is the last business on the left.
Otherwise, via the A39, turn into Harts Lane. Drive down Harts Lane for about 2-3 minutes, it will turn into Marsh Lane and Gillards will be on your right. - Double-check the items to ensure there are no discrepancies from your order. Notify staff if there are any issues with your order.
- You are responsible for all items on your order to be loaded into your vehicle, bring help and an appropriately sized vehicle as required. Shipping box dimensions and weights are posted on many of our product pages.
- Once departed, you will need to contact customer support directly if there is an issue with your order through [email protected]
