Your reward is based on your net qualifying spend, which is the total of your order after discounts, but before delivery costs. UK retail prices are VAT-inclusive. It also reflects any returns or cancellations.
Please note that delivery costs, gift cards, and any returned, exchanged, or canceled items don't count toward your qualifying total.
If You Make a Return or Cancellation: If your updated order total falls below the threshold needed for your reward:
If you haven't used your coupon yet: The coupon may be voided, or adjusted to match the new (lower) qualifying tier.
If you've already used your coupon: The value of the coupon—or the difference between what you used and what you now qualify for—will be deducted from your refund.
We'll never reduce your refund below the amount you paid for the returned items.
A few more things to know: Reward coupons are one-time use and can't be shared or combined with other offers.
